Kimpton KAFD Riyadh has announced the opening of Botanica.
Located within King Abdullah Financial District, Kimpton KAFD Riyadh aims to position its dining and public spaces as platforms where hospitality, lifestyle and cultural engagement intersect.
Located within Riyadh’s financial district, Botanica has been introduced as a greenery-led restaurant concept positioned as a calm setting within a commercial environment.
Rabih Beaino, general manager of Kimpton KAFD Riyadh, said: “In the middle of a fast-paced financial district, we wanted to create something that felt like a pause – calm, green, and a little unexpected. That contrast is part of what makes Botanica special – a relaxed, greenery-filled space with a terrace that opens up to the striking KAFD skyline. It’s the best of both worlds: a natural escape set against a backdrop of bold architecture.”
The venue features an indoor and terrace layout framed by planting and natural light, with views across the KAFD skyline. It forms part of the hotel’s wider food and beverage portfolio, which includes four dining venues serving different guest segments and dayparts.
The menu at Botanica follows a seasonal structure and is designed around a farm-to-table approach. Dishes are developed using locally sourced Saudi ingredients alongside international influences, with an emphasis on sharing formats.
The menu is updated in line with seasonal availability. The offering spans savoury items and desserts, including a Saudi-inspired tiramisu made with Arabic coffee, dates and saffron. The beverage selection includes mocktails tailored to the concept. More
