Scheduled to open in 2027, Amansamar is set within the dramatic landscape of Wadi Safar, Riyadh. The property takes a deliberately restrained approach to architecture, allowing the region’s escarpments, wadis and plateaus to remain the defining visual feature. It follows the natural contours of the land, with residences and shared spaces carefully positioned to frame sweeping views across the valley. The design takes its cues from traditional Najdi settlements, reworking familiar elements such as courtyards, shaded pathways and communal gathering spaces for contemporary living.
