Jeddah’s luxury hospitality scene just got a major upgrade with the official opening of Rixos Obhur Jeddah, a massive new beachfront resort bringing five-star stays, all-inclusive experiences, and resort-style entertainment to the Red Sea coast.
The grand opening was held under the patronage of His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi Al Saud, Governor of Jeddah, and attended by Deputy Minister of Tourism Abdulmohsen bin Mohammed Al-Mazid, marking another major milestone in Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing tourism sector.
Developed by TAIBA Investments in partnership with Rixos Hotels, Rixos Obhur Jeddah spans nearly 90,000 square meters in North Obhur and is already positioning itself as one of the city’s biggest new luxury destinations.

The resort features 250 accommodation units, including 74 private villas complete with their own swimming pools, alongside a yacht marina, luxury spa, business center, grand ballroom, meeting spaces, and multiple dining venues.
One of the standout features? Rixos Obhur Jeddah is the first resort in Saudi Arabia to introduce the brand’s signature “All-Inclusive, All-Exclusive” concept, meaning guests can enjoy accommodation, dining, entertainment, and activities all wrapped into one elevated resort experience.
Food lovers can expect international dining concepts, including Turquoise and Kapnos, while entertainment fans will find live performances, concerts, and a dedicated theater space adding extra energy to the resort atmosphere.
