Aidan Dempsey has been appointed as General Manager at The St. Regis Red Sea Resort

Aidan Dempsey has been appointed General Manager of The St. Regis Red Sea Resort, bringing over two decades of international luxury hospitality experience to one of the world’s most visionary new destinations.

For Aidan, the move is both strategic and deeply personal. Drawn by the opportunity to shape something from the ground up, he joins at a pivotal moment in the destination’s evolution. 

Aidan previously served as General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, where he led the repositioning of the 500-hectare resort, strengthening its leadership structure, elevating service standards, and driving strong commercial performance. During his tenure, the property earned Forbes Four Star recognition, secured Virtuoso membership, and was named to the Condé Nast Traveler Global Gold List, while achieving double-digit growth across key metrics. Prior to this, he was General Manager of Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Warsaw, where he oversaw its post-pandemic reopening and repositioning, delivering record associate engagement and sustained market share growth. His earlier career includes senior leadership roles across leading properties in Dublin and Dubai.

Known for his disciplined yet collaborative leadership style, Aidan places people and culture at the center of performance. At The St. Regis Red Sea Resort, Aidan’s vision is focused on elevating both people and product, with a clear emphasis on service, detail, and consistency across every touchpoint of the guest experience.
