3 Four Seasons hotels to open in Saudi Arabia in 2026

Upcoming properties span the Red Sea and Madinah

Four Seasons is set to broaden its presence in Saudi Arabia with three new luxury properties slated to open in 2026, part of a wider pipeline of six developments across the kingdom.

The upcoming launches include Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Amaala, and Four Seasons Hotel Madinah.

Here’s what to expect from the upcoming projects.

Four Seasons Resort Red Sea

Located on Shura Island in the Red Sea, the 180-key resort will offer beachfront and garden rooms alongside spacious suites, including a presidential apartment. Wellness and recreation facilities will feature a dedicated spa, a Marine Discovery Centre and Kids For All Seasons, a teen and children’s hub. Guests will also enjoy six restaurants and lounges serving global and regional cuisine.

Positioned on the eastern end of Shura Island, the resort is surrounded by water on three sides, granting direct beachfront access for scuba diving and snorkelling across one of the world’s largest coral reef systems. Guests can embark on luxury catamaran sailings or plan excursions to mainland destinations such as AlUla and Wadi Alsalaa. More
