25 luxury hotels opening in Saudi Arabia in 2026

1 The Red Palace

The historic Red Palace in old Riyadh, once the residence of King Saud bin Abdulaziz, is being converted into a luxury boutique hotel by the Boutique Group and is set to open in 2026. It will feature 70 rooms and suites with butler service, plus five high-end dining venues, and celebrate Saudi’s culture and heritage while also offering luxury, experiential hospitality. 2 Hyatt Place AlUla

Hyatt’s first branded hotel will make its debut in AlUla, the region that’s home to historic Nabatean rock formations, ancient dwellings, desert canyons, heritage villages and Saudi’s first Unesco World Heritage Site, Hegra. The hotel will feature 215 rooms, two dining venues, a pool, fitness centre and a meeting space, and also offer World of Hyatt members benefits, including room upgrades and late checkout. hyatt.com/Saudi 

3 Four Seasons Madinah

Located in the heart of Madinah, just steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, Four Seasons will bring 246 rooms and suites to the city. Elements from the mosque will be woven into the hotel’s design, and there will be distinctive restaurant and lounge concepts, expansive event spaces, a fitness centre and a spa. four-seasons-in-madinah 

4 Raffles Jeddah

Opening in a central location overlooking the Jeddah Corniche and the Red Sea, Raffles Jeddah marks the second branded launch for the brand in the kingdom and the fifth in the GCC. With design that reflects Hejazi culture, art and craftsmanship, the hotel will bring 142 rooms and 40 suites to the city, including a three-bedroom family suite and two presidential suites, as well as three restaurants and lounges and a spa. raffles.com/jeddah
