1 The Red Palace
The historic Red Palace in old Riyadh, once the residence of King Saud bin Abdulaziz, is being converted into a luxury boutique hotel by the Boutique Group and is set to open in 2026. It will feature 70 rooms and suites with butler service, plus five high-end dining venues, and celebrate Saudi’s culture and heritage while also offering luxury, experiential hospitality. 2 Hyatt Place AlUla
Hyatt’s first branded hotel will make its debut in AlUla, the region that’s home to historic Nabatean rock formations, ancient dwellings, desert canyons, heritage villages and Saudi’s first Unesco World Heritage Site, Hegra. 3 Four Seasons Madinah
Located in the heart of Madinah, just steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, Four Seasons will bring 246 rooms and suites to the city. 4 Raffles Jeddah
Opening in a central location overlooking the Jeddah Corniche and the Red Sea, Raffles Jeddah marks the second branded launch for the brand in the kingdom and the fifth in the GCC.
